OPERATIONS MANAGER/ADVISOR

Tate joined our team in 2021 as a college intern, where he learned valuable communication, finance, and customer service skills. Upon graduation from Northwestern University – St. Paul with his degree in Business Administration and concentration in Business Management, we welcomed him as a full-time staff member. He is a licensed life and health insurance agent in Wisconsin and Minnesota.

Tate married Mike’s second oldest daughter in September of 2021. He is passionate about his faith, spending time with his wife and puppy, and loves to play golf.
